Palmetto Panorama Steel Band Festival invites you to this premier event - Sunday, May 16, 2010 from 2-7PM at Finlay Park - designed to raise awareness of music in schools and the Midlands vibrant local steel pan community.

The festival, free to the public, will be a day of non-stop steel pan and percussion music and family-friendly carnival-like celebration in beautiful Finlay Park in downtown Columbia, South Carolina!

A grand finale will include school bands and professional bands performing together.

Confirmed school groups performing include: Blythewood High, Conder Elementary, Bridge Creek, Steel Band Project, Eau Claire High and Dent Middle.
